Questions
How do I check my CAC registration status?
If the registration was filed through the FastCAC API, its status is in the API and on the Registrations page at developers.fastcac.com, with a webhook at every change. For any business already on CAC's register, search its name or RC number in the free CAC public search.
What do the CAC registration statuses mean?
submitted means it's filed with CAC. final_review means CAC's checks passed and an officer is confirming it. queried means CAC wants changes. approved means it's registered, and rejected means CAC refused it.
How long does CAC take to approve a registration?
CAC usually decides within 24 hours of filing. A registration in final review is confirmed within about 48 working hours.
Can I download the CAC certificate by API?
Yes. After registration.certificate_ready, GET /v1/businesses/registrations/{id}/certificate returns CAC's certificate as a PDF, and /status-report returns the status report.
